• Your first website draft will be ready in +- 10 business days after all information and media is received. 

**Web hosting is R80 per month, this is for your .co.za domain (website address) and email. No contracts, you can cancel at anytime.

• After your 1 free update, updates will range from R10-R100 depending on your needs.
• You must provide all pictures, text, write ups, contact information and any other media that you want on your website for your website creation to commence. 
• We do not re-write text for you or type out text from pictures. All text must be provided in editable format. (We will change the text size, colour, font etc to suit your website)
• If you require your text to be re-typed or pictures edited, please request a quote.
• If you require stock pictures, these can be arranged at no cost. 
• All information must be presented to us in the same way you would like it to be presented on your website (example – all “Home” page information must be grouped together, all “About” information must be grouped together)
• If you have a .co.za domain, we can transfer it over to our hosting for free, any other domain (eg .com) will have a fee, please enquire. 
• All product listings (more than 5 products/categories) need to be quoted on and accepted (We do not add products to business information websites) [ecommerce websites include 10 products/product variations uploaded]
• All websites are branded as made by Business On a Budget in a tiny footer note, if you require us to remove our name, please request so at an additional cost
• Please request a quote for any additional works
• Please allow 2 working days for any updates and new requests. 
• Only Google free fonts (https://fonts.google.com/) can be used on your website
• ALL websites created are the sole property of the client that is paying for the website creation, therefore all content on the website or by the website is the responsibility of the client. We do not take any responsibility for the websites created, websites are created with instruction and content from the client/s
• Your website will not be searchable on google for up to 3 months (depending on how long it takes for google to find you), after which you will be able to search for your exact website name in google and you will be there.
• If you require a backup (or restoration of a backup) of your website, please request a quote
• Any website upgrades that need to cater for any newer technology or to cater for hosting upgrades will need to be quoted for before any upgrades commence

Domain (website address) – email addresses

• Please note that if your website address/domain is newly registered, it will have no “sending reputation” when it comes to sending emails. This means that recipients with high security on their emails (usually institutions and government departments), will reject your emails. (this is normal, people register new domains constantly; which are used for spam). 
• To help build reputation with your domain; email yourself (to your gmail for example) daily with at least 3 lines of text and a subject; for up to 10 days. Also reply to these test emails.
• When emailing large institutions, first send them a TEXT ONLY email stating who you are and to respond if they have received the mail. Thereafter, you may email as normal. 
• Please note that emails which are short with no content will always be marked as spam. Please ensure all your emails have content and a text signature.
